OUR SERVICES
Our primary function in NECA is to protect employeers’ interest and enthrone the private sector as a dependable engine of development. We do this through the following:
- Influence economic agenda and policies through public advocacy and group representation to government issues of interest to employers
- Create the forum for employers to consult and dialogue amongst themselves on issues of interest to them
- Provide the opportunity for employers to share information and create linkages that will enhance the growth of their business
- Defend and promote, at all times and in all places, the legitimate rights of enterprises
- Provide hand-on assistance to Small Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs)), etc
- Other consultancy services to meet members specific needs
- The establishment of NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women, a sustainable network for entrepreneurs
- The establishment of an SME Desk office in the NEECA Secretariat to provide consultancy services to small business and build their capacity

- Partnering with the Industrial Training Fund for the purpose of development vocational skills
